Key Responsibilities

    1.3 Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  2. Safety and Compliance

    2.1 Ensure all safety procedures and protocols are followed at all times, including height and health restrictions for ride participants.

    2.2 Conduct regular safety checks on rides and equipment as directed by the Ride Supervisor.

    2.3 Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with park rules and regulations, intervening when necessary.

  3. Ride Operation

    3.1 Operate rides safely and efficiently while ensuring guest comfort and enjoyment.

    3.2 Conduct pre-ride safety briefings for guests, explaining how to properly enjoy the ride.

    3.3 Monitor ride operations, including resetting ride controls, and respond to any malfunctions or emergencies as necessary.

  4. Park Maintenance

    4.1 Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas, including ride stations and queue lines.

    4.2 Assist with the setup and takedown of special events or attractions as required.

    4.3 Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Ride Supervisor promptly.

  5. Team Collaboration

    5.1 Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve park goals and enhance guest experience.

    5.2 Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

    5.3 Support other departments during peak times or special events, including assisting with crowd control.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including bending and lifting.
