1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms under which the Consignor will provide books for sale on consignment at the Consignee's bookstore. This Agreement is intended to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship whereby both parties can derive value from the sale of literary works while clearly defining each party's rights and responsibilities.
2. Consignment Period

The Consignor warrants that all Consigned Books are new, in good condition, and free from any encumbrances or claims. The Consignee has the right to inspect the Consigned Books upon delivery and may refuse any book that does not meet acceptable quality standards.
4. Ownership
The Consigned Books shall remain the property of the Consignor until sold. The Consignee acknowledges that they do not acquire any ownership rights over the Consigned Books. The Consignee will ensure that the Consigned Books are displayed prominently and are accessible to customers, and will not alter any book in any way without the prior written consent of the Consignor.
5. Pricing
The sale price of each Consigned Book will be determined by the Consignor. The Consignee agrees to sell the Consigned Books at the agreed-upon price, which is $[0] per book. Any change in pricing must be mutually agreed upon in writing. The Consignee will not discount the prices of the Consigned Books without the express consent of the Consignor.
6. Commission
