8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the contract period. This includes all data provided by BlissCore and all analyses conducted by [Your Company Name].
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this contract with written notice of 30 days if the other party fails to meet their obligations under this agreement. In the event of termination, the Client will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
