        Terms and Conditions

        1. Submission Guidelines: All artwork must be original, created by the artist named in this form. Each submission must include high-quality images of the artwork, an artist bio, and an artist statement.

        2. Delivery of Artwork: The artist is responsible for delivering the artwork to the gallery by the specified deadline. The artist must arrange and cover all costs associated with the shipment or delivery of their work.

        3. Insurance and Liability: The gallery will insure the artwork while it is in the gallery’s possession for the value agreed upon by the artist and gallery. The artist is responsible for insuring the artwork during delivery to and from the gallery.

        4. Display and Installation: The gallery reserves the right to decide how the artwork is displayed, including its placement, lighting, and overall presentation. Artists may provide instructions for special handling or display requirements.

        5. Termination: If the artist withdraws after the exhibition has begun, they forfeit any exhibition fees paid and are responsible for collecting their artwork.
