3.2 Invoicing: The Subcontractor shall submit invoices on a monthly basis for services rendered. Invoices must itemize all services provided, hours worked, and the associated costs. Payment will be due within thirty [30] days of receipt of the invoice. The Subcontractor must ensure that invoices are clear and accurate to facilitate timely processing.
3.3 Reimbursable Expenses: The Contractor agrees to reimburse the Subcontractor for reasonable expenses incurred while performing services under this Agreement, provided that prior written approval has been obtained from the Contractor.
