Employment Waiver
EMPLOYMENT WAIVER
This Employment Waiver (the "Waiver") is entered into as of the date signed below by Floyd Cremin ("Employee") and [Your Company Name] ("Employer").
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Waiver is to release the Employer from specific claims that the Employee may otherwise be entitled to pursue against the Employer, including but not limited to claims related to discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination.
2. Release of Claims
By signing this Waiver, the Employee voluntarily agrees to the following:

Release: The Employee waives, releases, and forever discharges the Employer from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to the Employee's employment with the Employer. This includes claims for:

Discrimination (based on race, gender, age, disability, religion, national origin, or other protected characteristics),

Harassment (including but not limited to sexual harassment),

Wrongful termination, whether perceived or actual,

Retaliation for any actions taken in good faith,

Any additional claims that may arise under federal, state, or local employment laws.

3. Consideration
In exchange for the Employee's agreement to this Waiver, the Employer agrees to provide the following consideration:

Severance payment of $10,000,

Extended health insurance benefits for 3 months following the Employee’s termination date.
The Employee agrees that this consideration is in addition to any compensation or benefits that the Employee is otherwise entitled to receive from the Employer.
4. Acknowledgment of Rights
The Employee acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Voluntary Agreement: The Employee is signing this Waiver voluntarily and without any pressure or duress from the Employer.

Legal Review: The Employee has had the opportunity to review this Waiver with an attorney or to waive that right if preferred.

Binding Effect: This Waiver is legally binding and enforceable upon signing.

Non-Admission of Fault: This Waiver does not constitute an admission of fault or liability on the part of the Employer.
5. No Future Claims
The Employee agrees not to bring or pursue any legal action or claim against the Employer for any issue covered under this Waiver, whether in court, arbitration, or any other legal forum.
6. Governing Law
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
7. Entire Agreement
This Waiver contains the entire agreement between the Employer and Employee regarding the release of claims described herein. No other promises, representations, or agreements have been made other than those stated in this Waiver.
