Professional Employee Rights Waiver
PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE RIGHTS WAIVER
This Professional Employee Rights Waiver ("Waiver") is entered into by and between [Your Company Name] ("Employer") and Barry Morar ("Employee") on October 30, 2058.
1. Purpose of the Waiver
The purpose of this Waiver is to clarify and outline the rights being waived by the Employee upon the conclusion of their temporary or project-based employment with the Employer. By signing this Waiver, the Employee acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below, in exchange for any compensation, benefit, or opportunity provided by the Employer.
2. Employee Acknowledgment
The Employee acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Their role with the Employer was temporary and/or project-specific and is ending as of November 15, 2058.

No offer of continued or permanent employment has been promised, either verbally or in writing.

This waiver releases the Employer from any claims or demands the Employee may have related to their temporary or project-based employment.
3. Waived Rights and Claims
By signing this Waiver, the Employee agrees to waive the following rights:

Right to Future Claims: Employee waives the right to pursue any claims, demands, or legal actions against the Employer related to:

Employment termination at the end of the temporary or project-based period.

Compensation or benefits beyond what was agreed upon for the project or temporary role.

Any claims of discrimination, unfair dismissal, or contractual disputes specific to this role.

Right to Seek Continued Employment: Employee acknowledges that there is no expectation or guarantee of continued or future employment beyond the end of the temporary or project assignment.

Right to Severance: Employee waives any claim to severance pay, bonuses, or other compensation beyond the terms already outlined in their employment agreement, unless otherwise specified by law or separate agreement.
4. Consideration
In exchange for signing this Waiver, the Employee will receive:

Final payment of all wages or compensation due as per their employment agreement.

A one-time project completion bonus of $2,500 as outlined in the initial contract, to be paid upon the successful handover of project materials.
Note: This consideration will be provided only upon the Employee’s signature of this Waiver, indicating full acceptance of its terms.
5. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
The Employee agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive data learned during the course of employment. The Employee will not disclose, share, or use any such information after employment has ended.
6. Release of Liability
The Employee releases the Employer, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any liability or claims related to the Employee’s project-based or temporary role, including but not limited to:

Claims of wrongful termination related to the end of the temporary employment.

Any damages or losses allegedly suffered due to termination.
7. Governing Law
This Waiver will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Entire Agreement
This Waiver represents the entire agreement between the Employer and Employee regarding the conclusion of the Employee’s temporary or project-based employment. Any modifications to this Waiver must be in writing and signed by both parties.
