EMPLOYEE TUITION WAIVER

I. Purpose of the Tuition Waiver

This Employee Tuition Waiver supports career advancement by enabling employees to pursue degrees, certifications, or courses that enhance their qualifications and promote growth within [YOUR COMPANY NAME].

II. Eligibility Criteria

  • Employees must have completed at least 12 months of continuous employment with [YOUR COMPANY NAME].

III. Terms and Conditions

  • Annual Limit: The maximum waiver amount per calendar year is $3,000.
