Employee Confidentiality Waiver

EMPLOYEE CONFIDENTIALITY WAIVER

This Employee Confidentiality Waiver ("Waiver") is made as of August 16, 2067 by and between [Your Company Name], a Tennessee corporation with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Company"), and Lester Nolan ("Employee").

I. Purpose

  • Is disclosed to the Employee by a third party without breach of any obligation of confidentiality.

  • Is independently developed by the Employee without the use of or reference to Confidential Information.

V. Legal Compliance

The Employee acknowledges that:

  • Certain industries are subject to legal requirements to maintain the confidentiality of specific information.

  • Breaches of confidentiality may result in legal consequences for both the Employee and the Company.

VI. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By signing below, the Employee acknowledges that they have read this Waiver, understand its terms, and agree to comply with the obligations set forth herein.
