EMPLOYEE RELOCATION WAIVER

This Employee Relocation Waiver ("Waiver") is made effective as of October 29, 2054, by and between Allene Tillman ("Employee") and [Your Company Name] ("Employer").

1. Purpose of the Waiver

This Waiver acknowledges that the Employee is being temporarily assigned to Jersey City, NJ 07302 for the purpose of leading the new software development project, commencing on November 1, 2054, and concluding on May 31, 2055.

2. Acknowledgment of Risks

The Employee acknowledges that relocation may involve certain risks, including but not limited to:

  • Disruption of personal and family life.

  • Potential damage or loss of personal property during the move.

  • Adjustment challenges to a new environment.

3. Terms of Relocation Assistance

The Employer agrees to provide the following relocation assistance during the temporary assignment:

  • Moving Expenses: The Employer will cover up to $5,000 for moving company costs and packing materials.

  • Housing Assistance: The Employer will provide a monthly housing allowance of $2,500 for the duration of the assignment, with a maximum of six months.

  • Transportation Costs: The Employer will reimburse travel expenses for the Employee and their immediate family (spouse and two children) to the new location, not to exceed $1,000.

4. Waiver of Liability

By signing this Waiver, the Employee agrees to the following:

  • The Employee releases the Employer from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses related to the relocation or temporary assignment.

  • This release includes claims arising from negligence, personal injury, property damage, or any other claims related to the relocation process.

  • The Employee understands that this Waiver does not waive any rights to benefits or compensation provided under applicable laws.

5. Indemnification

The Employee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Employer from any claims or actions arising from the Employee's relocation or temporary assignment.

6. Governing Law

This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By signing below, the Employee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accept the terms and conditions of this Waiver.
