1. Services Provided
The Provider agrees to offer a comprehensive range of child care services for the Child, which include, but are not limited to:

1.4 Physical Activities

1.5 Rest and Relaxation

Designated nap and quiet time to ensure adequate rest for the Child. A calming environment with soft music and dim lighting will be provided to help the Child wind down.

Caregivers will monitor the Child during nap times to ensure comfort and safety.
2. Operating Hours
The Provider will operate from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Special arrangements for early drop-off or late pick-up may be made with prior notice and may incur additional fees. The Provider is closed on major holidays, including New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
3. Fees and Payment

Tuition Fee: The Parent/Guardian agrees to pay a weekly tuition fee of [$250], due every Monday. Payments can be made through check, credit card, or bank transfer.

5. Termination of Agreement
5.1 Termination by Parent/Guardian
The Parent/Guardian may terminate this Agreement by providing two weeks written notice to the Provider. Notice must be submitted via email or in person.
5.2 Termination by Provider
The Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately for any of the following reasons:

The Child poses a danger to themselves or others, including but not limited to aggressive behavior or refusal to comply with safety protocols.

The Parent/Guardian fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement, including payment policies or failure to provide necessary information about the Child.
6. Liability Waiver
The Parent/Guardian acknowledges and agrees that:
