Employee Waiver of Rights to Benefits
EMPLOYEE WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO BENEFITS
This Employee Waiver of Rights to Benefits ("Waiver") is made effective as of October 31, 2067, by and between Jake Willms ("Employee") and [YOUR COMPANY NAME] ("Employer").
1. Purpose of the Waiver
The purpose of this Waiver is to outline the terms under which the Employee voluntarily waives certain rights to benefits in exchange for severance pay and other benefits following their termination or layoff.

5. Confidentiality
The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the terms of this Waiver and any discussions related to their employment termination, except as required by law.
6. No Admission of Liability
The parties agree that this Waiver does not constitute an admission of liability or wrongdoing by either party.
7. Governing Law
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
8. Severability
If any provision of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
9. Entire Agreement
This Waiver constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
