I. Acknowledgment of Risks
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am aware of the risks associated with the services provided by the Contractor, which may include but are not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and other unforeseen circumstances during construction activities, including the use of heavy machinery, working at heights, and exposure to hazardous materials.
II. Release of Liability
In consideration for the Contractor's services, I hereby release and hold harmless the Contractor, its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during the performance of the services, including but not limited to accidents, falls, equipment failure, or exposure to hazardous conditions.
III. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and defend the Contractor against any claims or liabilities that may arise from my actions or negligence during the term of this agreement, including legal fees and expenses incurred in connection with such claims.
IV. Governing Law
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the state of Georgia.
V. Severability
If any provision of this Waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
