Homeowner Liability Waiver
HOMEOWNER LIABILITY WAIVER
This Homeowner Liability Waiver ("Waiver") is executed on this 31st day of October 2055, by and between Etha Lehner of Delvsource Properties ("Homeowner") and Emily Davis ("Participant").
I. Acknowledgment of Risks
The Participant acknowledges that participation in activities on the Homeowner's property, located at Cleveland, OH 44101, involves risks, including but not limited to injury, damage, or loss of property. These activities may include, but are not limited to, barbecuing, yard games, and social gatherings.
II. Waiver of Liability
The Participant agrees to waive, release, and discharge the Homeowner from any claims, demands, and causes of action that may arise from participation in such activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. This includes any injuries sustained while using the backyard amenities or engaging in any other recreational activities on the property.
III. Indemnification
The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Homeowner against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Participant's actions during activities on the property. This includes any claims made by third parties as a result of the Participant's actions.
IV. Governing Law
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of Pennsylvania.
