Hunting Liability Waiver
HUNTING LIABILITY WAIVER
This Hunting Liability Waiver ("Waiver") is made and entered into on this 31st day of October, 2055, by and between Wildlife Adventures LLC ("Company") and the undersigned participant ("Participant").
I. Acknowledgment of Risks
Participant understands that hunting is an inherently dangerous activity that involves risks, including but not limited to injury or death due to firearm discharge, falls, wildlife encounters, and environmental hazards such as rough terrain, inclement weather, and potential accidents with other hunters.
II. Assumption of Risk
By signing this Waiver, Participant acknowledges that they voluntarily assume all risks associated with hunting activities, whether known or unknown. The participant confirms they are physically fit and possess the necessary skills to participate in hunting activities.
III. Release of Liability
Participant hereby releases, discharges, and holds harmless Wildlife Adventures LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Participant's involvement in hunting activities, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
IV. Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify and defend Wildlife Adventures LLC against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation in hunting activities, including attorney fees and costs.
V. Governing Law
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the state of Florida.
VI. Entire Agreement
This Waiver constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
