UK Liability Waiver
UK LIABILITY WAIVER

I, whose name is signed below, hereby acknowledge and express my agreement to the terms and conditions outlined herein. By doing so, I affirm my understanding and acceptance of all stipulations, obligations, and provisions as detailed in this document.
I. Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand that participating in activities organized by Outdoor Adventures Ltd involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other unforeseen events such as accidents, falls, or equipment failures. I accept full responsibility for my participation.
II. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in these activities, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Outdoor Adventures Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to my person or property arising out of or in connection with my participation in these activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. This release includes but is not limited to, claims for damages arising from the use of equipment, transportation, or supervision provided by the company.
III. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outdoor Adventures Ltd against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of my participation in the activities, including any claims made by third parties for damages or injuries incurred as a result of my actions or omissions while participating.
IV. Governing Law
This waiver shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
V. Severability
If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. It is the express intention of the parties that this waiver shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
