I. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in activities organized by Outdoor Adventure Tours involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage. These activities may include, but are not limited to, rock climbing, kayaking, and zip-lining. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
II. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Outdoor Adventure Tours, its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. This includes but is not limited to, any injuries sustained during transportation to or from the activity sites.
III. Medical Authorization
I authorize Outdoor Adventure Tours to seek medical treatment for me in the event of an emergency, and I assume all costs associated with such treatment. I confirm that I have disclosed any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect my ability to participate in these activities.
IV. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outdoor Adventure Tours from any claims, demands, or actions that may arise from my participation in activities, including any claims brought by my heirs or legal representatives.
V. Governing Law
This waiver shall be governed by and construed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this waiver shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
Acknowledgment
I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability. I am aware that by signing this document, I am giving up my legal rights.
