II. Term of Sublease

III. Rent

IV. Security Deposit

The Subtenant shall keep the premises in a clean and orderly condition. Any repairs needed due to the Subtenant’s negligence shall be the responsibility of the Subtenant.
VIII. Alterations
The Subtenant shall not make any alterations to the premises without the prior written consent of the Sublessor.
IX. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina.
