Oregon Rental Agreement

This Oregon Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this 4th day of November 2050, by and between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Landlord," and Garfield Williams, residing at Raleigh, NC 27601, hereinafter referred to as the "Tenant."

I. Premises

VIII. Additional Provisions

1. Pets: Pets are allowed on the Premises.

2. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the Premises.

3. Alterations: Tenant needs landlord's written consent for alterations.

IX. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.
