This Rental Agreement Addendum (“Addendum”) is made effective as of November 4, 2050, and is hereby attached to and made a part of the original Rental Agreement dated January 15, 2050 (the “Original Agreement”), by and between [Your Company Name] (the “Landlord”) and Lowell Quizon (the “Tenant”).

I. Purpose of Addendum

The premises shall now include the following permitted activities:

  • Home office use by Lowell Quizon for professional business purposes, provided no clients or third parties visit the property for such work.

  • Light renovation work (e.g., painting and decorative changes), subject to prior approval by [Your Company Name].

B. Restrictions

The Tenant agrees not to undertake any structural changes without the explicit written consent of [Your Company Name].
