JOINT WILL WITH CHILD PROVISION
THIS JOINT WILL is made on this 4th day of November, 2094, by and between:
1. Drake Feeney, residing at Phoenix, AZ 85001 (hereinafter referred to as "Parent 1").
2. Jean Harris, residing at Phoenix, AZ 85001 (hereinafter referred to as "Parent 2").
RECITALS
We, Drake Feeney and Jean Harris, being of sound mind and memory, declare this to be our Joint Will, revoking all prior wills and codicils made by either of us.
ARTICLE I: DECLARATIONS

We declare that we are married and have the following children:

Porter Hoppe, born on March 15, 2060

Jolie Cassin, born on July 22, 2062

ARTICLE II: APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIANS

We hereby appoint the following individuals as guardians for our minor children in the event of our death:

Primary Guardian: Sigmund Corwin, residing at Denver, CO 80202.

Alternate Guardian: Elvie Block, residing at Houston, TX 77001.

In the event that both appointed guardians are unable or unwilling to serve, we designate the following individuals as successors:

Clint Renner, residing at Seattle, WA 98101.

ARTICLE III: DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY

We direct that, upon the death of the first of us, the surviving parent shall retain all of our property, both real and personal, until their death.

Upon the death of the surviving parent, we bequeath our estate as follows:

To our children, Porter Hoppe and Jolie Cassin, equally share and share alike.

If either child predeceases us, their share shall be distributed to their surviving children (our grandchildren), per stirpes.

ARTICLE IV: TRUST FOR MINOR CHILDREN

We establish a trust for the benefit of our minor children. The assets shall be held in trust until each child reaches the age of 21.

The trustee shall be Rocky Orn, residing at Philadelphia, PA 19102, who shall manage and distribute the trust assets according to the following provisions:

Funds may be used for health, education, maintenance, and support of the children.

Distributions may be made at the discretion of the trustee until the children reach the age of 21.

ARTICLE V: MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

No Contest Clause: If any beneficiary under this Will contests this Will, their share shall be revoked.

Governing Law: This Will shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
-
Severability: If any provision of this Will is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
