We hereby appoint Orval Grimes as the Executor of our estate. If Orval Grimes is unable or unwilling to serve, we appoint Kitty Johns as alternate Executor.
2. DISPOSITION OF ASSETS
Upon the death of the first of us, the surviving spouse shall inherit all assets, both individually and jointly held, without limitation.
Upon the death of the surviving spouse, our assets shall be distributed as follows:
-
To our children: Lance Nader and Jonatan Farrell, in equal shares.
-
If any child predeceases us, that child's share shall be divided equally among their surviving children (our grandchildren).

Distributions may be made in the form of a trust, which shall include the following provisions:
-
Distribution Schedule: Distributions shall occur at specified intervals (e.g., annually) or upon reaching certain milestones (e.g., age 25, age 30).
-
Trustee Appointment: We appoint Duane Wiza as Trustee to oversee the management of the trust and ensure compliance with this clause.
-
