Pennsylvania Joint Will
PENNSYLVANIA JOINT WILL
Introduction
This Joint Last Will and Testament ("Will") is made and declared by us, Lyda Fadel and Sigmund Corwin, residing at Philadelphia, PA 19102, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and we hereby revoke all prior Wills and codicils made by us, either jointly or individually.
Article I: Declaration
We declare that we are married to each other and this Will is being made with the intention of jointly disposing of our estate and effects as set forth below.
Article II: Appointment of Executors

We appoint Johann Harvey of Miami, FL 33101 as the primary Executor of this Will.

Should Johann Harvey be unable or unwilling to serve, we appoint Jolie Cassin of San Francisco, CA 94102 as the alternative Executor.
Executor Powers
The Executor shall have all powers allowed by law, including but not limited to, the power to settle debts, sell property, and manage estate assets.
Article III: Distribution of Estate
Gifts to Surviving Spouse
Upon the death of one of us, the surviving spouse shall receive all assets held jointly or in the deceased spouse's name.
Distribution Upon Death of Both
Upon the death of both of us, our estate shall be distributed as follows:

To our children, Trace Durgan, Rocky Orn, and Maria Turner, in equal shares.

Should any child predecease both of us, their share shall be distributed to their lineal descendants, per stirpes.

If no lineal descendants are surviving, their share will be distributed equally among the surviving children.
Article IV: Guardianship
If both of us pass and leave minor children, we appoint Jewell Ward as guardian for any minor children. If Jewell Ward is unable or unwilling to act, then we appoint Lawrence Orn as alternate guardian.
Article V: Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of this Will is found to be invalid, the remainder shall stand as though the invalid provision had not been included.

This Will shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
