Georgia Joint Will
GEORGIA JOINT WILL
This is the Last Will and Testament made by us, Trace Durgan, and Rocky Orn, residents of Atlanta, GA 30301, made on this 13th day of November 2065. We hereby declare this document to be our joint and mutual will.
Article I: Declaration
We declare that this document is intended to be our joint will, and we revoke all prior wills and codicils made separately or jointly.
Article II: Identification of Family

Johann Harvey, born on April 9, 2050 in Atlanta, GA 30301.

Jolie Cassin, born on April 9, 2050 in Atlanta, GA 30301.

Article III: Appointment of Executors
We appoint Lyda Fadel, residing at Seattle, WA 98101, to act as the Executor of this Will. If Lyda Fadel is unable or unwilling to serve, we appoint Rocky Orn, residing at Miami, FL 33101, as the Alternate Executor.
Article IV: Distribution of Estate
Upon our deaths, after all debts, taxes, and expenses of the estate are paid, we direct the remainder of our combined estate be distributed as follows:

To Johann Harvey, 25% of the estate and our vacation property located at 123 Lakeside Drive, Aspen, Colorado.

To Jolie Cassin, 50% of the estate and all personal jewelry, artwork, and antiques.

Any remaining estate to be equally divided among our children.
Article V: Guardianship
In the event that both of us die while any of our children are minors, we appoint Jewell Ward as the guardian of our minor children. If Jewell Ward is unable or unwilling to serve, we appoint Clint Renner.
Article VI: Funeral Arrangements
We request that our remains be [cremated/buried] and our funerals be conducted with simplicity and dignity, in accordance with the wishes we have communicated to our Executor.
Article VII: Powers of the Executor
The Executor shall have all powers permitted under Georgia law to administer this Will, including, but not limited to, the power to sell, lease, or manage any property included in our estate.
This Will is made under and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
