PRINTABLE JOINT WILL
Introduction
This Joint Will is made this 15th day of February 2095, by and between the Testators, Zena Frami and Lyda Fadel, residents of Las Vegas, NV 89030. As Testators, we declare this to be our Joint and Last Will, revoking all former Wills and Codicils made by us.
Declarations
We hereby declare that we are of sound mind and disposing memory, fully understanding the nature of our actions, and not subject to undue influence or duress.

Executors
We nominate and appoint the following individuals to serve as Executors of our Joint Will, and if one is unwilling or unable to serve, the other shall assume full responsibility:

Alternate Executor: Alfonso Jewel, friend, 222 555 7777
Distribution of Estate
Upon the death of the surviving Testator, the following distribution shall take effect:
Specific Bequests
Antique Grandfather Clock to Carl Carter, Son
Family Home at Las Vegas, NV 89030 to Macey Erdman Daughter
Residue of the Estate
The remainder of our estate shall be distributed as follows:
Guardianship
In the event of the death of both Testators, we appoint the following individuals as Guardians for our minor children:
Primary Guardian: Harold Abern, friend, 222 555 7777
Alternate Guardian: Marcelo Green, friend, 222 555 7777
Powers of the Executor
Our Executors shall have full authority to settle all matters related to our estate, including but not limited to the sale of assets, payment of debts, and distribution of bequests, in accordance with this Will and applicable laws.
