Joint Will with Guardian Provisions
JOINT WILL WITH GUARDIAN PROVISIONS
Introduction
This document serves as the Last Will and Testament of Finn Moore and Elvie Block (referred to herein as "Testators"), residing at San Francisco, CA 94102, made on [Date]. We revoke any prior wills and codicils made by us, either jointly or individually, and declare this to be our joint will.
Article I: Identification of Testators
Finn Moore, born on July 5, 2045, and Elvie Block, born on September 7, 2045, are of sound mind and declare this document to be our joint will.
Article II: Appointment of Executors
We appoint the following individuals to execute the provisions of this will:

Primary Executor: June Reed, residing at Renton, WA 98055

Alternate Executor: Neil Norris, residing at Renton, WA 98055
Article III: Distribution of Estate
Upon our passing, we direct that our entire estate, both real and personal, be distributed as follows:

To Drew Lane, the following assets: New York, NY 10001 and all personal vehicles.

To Max Hale, the following assets: Investment portfolio held with Sunrise Financial and 50% interest in our jointly-owned property at San Francisco, CA 94102.
If any of the beneficiaries named are unable to receive their bequeathment, it shall pass to their descendants per stirpes.
Specific Bequests

To Jim Johnson, vintage record collection and family heirloom watch.

To Springfield Community Center, a charitable donation of $10,000.
Article IV: Guardian Provisions
In the event that both of us pass while our minor children are still under the age of majority, we appoint the following individual as legal guardian:

Primary Guardian: Harold Block, residing at Portland, OR 97201

Alternate Guardian: Robin Wyman, residing at Portland, OR 97201
Article V: Management of Minor Beneficiaries
We direct that any inheritance left to beneficiaries who have not yet attained the age of 25 be managed by our appointed trustee until they reach that age:

Trustee: Angel Hill, residing at Dallas, TX 01203
Article VI: Residual Clause
Any portion of our estate not effectively disposed of by the preceding articles shall be distributed to Drew Lane. If Drew Lane is unable to inherit, the remainder shall pass to Max Hale.
Article VII: Execution
This will is executed in California, in the presence of the witnesses whose signatures are affixed below, on December 2, 2067
