JOINT WILL WITH TRUST CLAUSES
We, Tessa Tate and Gavin Garner, both of sound mind and body, residing at Miami, FL 33034, being married to each other, hereby declare this to be our Joint Will with trust clauses, revoking all previous wills and codicils made by either of us.
Article I: Declaration
We declare that we are married to each other and have the following children:

Child 1: Danielle Dower

Child 2: Dean Dodger
Article II: Executor
We appoint Kelly Hobbs as the Executor of this Will. If Kelly Hobbs is unable or unwilling to serve, we appoint Carl Carter as the successor Executor.
Article III: Trust Clauses
Section 1: Creation of Trust
We hereby create a trust for the benefit of our children, Danielle Dower and Dean Dodger, hereinafter referred to as "the Trust." The Trust shall be administered according to the following terms:
Section 2: Trustee
We appoint Kelly Hobb as the Trustee of the Trust. If Kelly Hobb is unable or unwilling to serve as Trustee, Carl Carter shall serve as the successor Trustee.
Section 3: Trust Property
All real and personal property owned by us at the time of our death shall be transferred to the Trust, including but not limited to:

Our primary residence at Miami, FL 33034

Bank accounts and investments

Personal property and valuables
Section 4: Beneficiaries
The beneficiaries of the Trust shall be our children, Danielle Dower and Dean Dodger, in equal shares.
Section 5: Distribution
The Trustee shall distribute the Trust property as follows:

50% of the Trust assets to Danielle Dower upon her 28th birthday

50% of the Trust assets to Dean Dodger upon his 28th birthday
If any beneficiary has not reached the age of 28 at the time of our deaths, their share shall be held in trust and managed by the Trustee until they reach the specified age.
Article IV: Residuary Estate
We direct that our residuary estate, which includes all property not specifically bequeathed, shall be added to the Trust for distribution in accordance with the terms outlined above.
Article V: General Provisions

If any provision of this Will is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

This Will shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
