1. Scope of Services

Services may vary depending on Studio demand and seasonal changes but are expected to include:

1.2 Class Schedule and Attendance

1.3 Professional Standards and Conduct

Appearance and Attire: The Instructor shall present themselves professionally and wear attire that aligns with the Studio’s dress code, which promotes comfort, professionalism, and approachability.

Professional Conduct: The Instructor is expected to maintain a high standard of conduct at all times, respecting the boundaries and comfort levels of each student, upholding Studio policies, and avoiding any behavior that could be deemed unprofessional or disrespectful.

2. Compensation
2.1 Payment for Services

3. Studio Policies and Requirements
3.1 Studio Access and Property

Maintenance of Space: The Instructor is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the space during and after each session. This includes returning all props, mats, and other equipment to designated areas and reporting any damage to Studio property.

3.2 Compliance with Health and Safety Standards

4.2 Social Media Collaboration

Content Collaboration: The Instructor is encouraged to collaborate with the Studio on social media content, sharing posts, stories, and other materials to promote the Studio and attract new students.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership of Content

6. Term and Termination
