  • Work together with teams comprising professionals from various disciplines to create, put into practice, and modify plans for patient care as needed.

  • Respond promptly to emergencies, providing critical care and support when needed, including basic life support (BLS).

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to infection control standards and safety protocols.

  • Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and guide them as necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse license in California (or relevant state).

  • Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

  • BLS certification is required; ACLS is preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience in medical-surgical nursing.

  • Knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
