Job Title: Insurance Agent
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will work with clients to provide them with insurance solutions tailored to their needs, helping them secure their financial futures. You’ll assess client requirements, recommend suitable policies, and maintain strong client relationships while achieving individual sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Advise clients on insurance needs and recommend tailored policies.

Sell various types of insurance, including auto, life, health, and property policies.

Build and manage a client portfolio using networking, referrals, and marketing.

Clarify coverage, premiums, and benefits for client understanding.

Process insurance applications and claims in an efficient, timely manner.

Regularly follow up with clients to assist, renew, and support.

Stay updated on regulations, products, and policies.

Collaborate with underwriters to assist clients in obtaining appropriate coverage.

Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and lead generation.

Qualifications:

HS diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.

Valid state insurance license(s) in life, health, auto, or property, as required.

Proven sales experience in insurance or a related field is an advantage.
