Please fill out this form to outline terms for college room arrangement.
I. The Parties
This College Room Agreement Form ("Agreement") is made and entered into on
WHEREAS, the College provides residential accommodations to facilitate student success and campus life;
WHEREAS, the Student has been accepted as a resident and agrees to comply with the College's housing policies and procedures;
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to formalize the terms of the Student's residence on College property;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, the Parties agree as follows:
II. Room Assignment

The College assigns the Student to
Room Number inBuilding Name for the term beginningMonth Day, Year and endingMonth Day, Year . -
Room changes may occur only upon written approval from the College Housing Office.
III. Fees and Payments

The Student agrees to pay
Amount for the specified term in accordance with the College's payment schedule. -
Additional charges may apply for damages, lost keys, or violation of housing policies.
IV. Responsibilities

The College agrees to provide and maintain the assigned room in a habitable condition.

The Student agrees to:

Abide by all College housing rules and regulations.

Maintain the assigned room in a clean and orderly condition.

Report any maintenance issues promptly.
V. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either Party under the following conditions:

By the College for violation of housing rules or non-payment.

By the Student upon providing a
Number of Days days written notice, subject to the College's refund policy.
VI. Signature
By signing below, the Parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement.
