I. The Parties
This Marketing Agreement Form ("Agreement") is made and entered into on
WHEREAS, the Marketing Agency provides marketing services;
WHEREAS, the Client seeks to engage the Marketing Agency for marketing purposes;
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to enter into this Agreement to set forth the terms and conditions of their relationship;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises set forth herein, the Parties agree as follows:
II. Services
The Marketing Agency agrees to provide the following services:

The scope of the services may be modified or expanded upon mutual agreement in writing between the Parties.
III. Compensation
The Client agrees to compensate the Marketing Agency as follows:

All payments shall be made in accordance with the terms outlined above unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
IV. Term and Termination

Term: This Agreement shall commence on

V. Confidentiality
The Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared under this Agreement. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing Party.

By signing below, the Parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
