Mutual Termination Agreement
This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the parties listed below on this date: November 20, 2087.
Parties

Recitals
WHEREAS, Party A and Party B entered into a contract dated November 10, 2087 (the "Original Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to terminate the Original Agreement and all obligations thereunder;
WHEREAS, both Parties have mutually agreed to the termination and wish to set forth the terms and conditions of such termination.
Agreement
1. Termination of Original Agreement
The Parties hereby agree to terminate the Original Agreement, and all rights and obligations of the Parties under the Original Agreement shall be extinguished upon the execution of this Agreement.
2. No Outstanding Obligations
Each Party represents and warrants that there are no outstanding obligations, payments, or claims arising from the Original Agreement that remain unfulfilled.
3. Mutual Release
The Parties hereby release each other from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities arising out of or related to the Original Agreement. This release serves to discharge all responsibilities under the Original Agreement fully.
4. Confidentiality
The Parties agree to keep the terms of this Agreement confidential and will not disclose any information regarding this Agreement to any third party, except as necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
