This Mutual Business Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of November 20, 2054, by and between the parties identified below for the purpose of defining the terms and conditions under which the parties shall collaborate in mutual business ventures and initiatives.

Responsibilities
Party A:

Develop and maintain the AI-driven analytics tool, ensuring compatibility with Party B’s software.

Allocate a dedicated team to oversee product development and testing.
Party B:

Manage the platform’s branding, marketing, and distribution efforts.

Confidentiality
Each Party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential and proprietary information disclosed during the course of the business initiatives as per the confidentiality agreement signed on October 15, 2054, by both Parties.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property developed jointly by both Parties as a result of this Agreement shall be owned equally by both Parties unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any pre-existing intellectual property shall remain the sole property of the respective Party.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on the date of signing and continue until terminated by either Party upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other Party.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
