Mutual Agreement to Terminate Contract
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the following parties:
Parties

Party B: Allene Tillman, Sacramento, CA 94203
Hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party".
Recitals
WHEREAS, the Parties previously entered into a contract dated May 15, 2065 ("Original Contract");
WHEREAS, the Parties have mutually agreed to terminate the Original Contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:
1. Termination of Contract
The Parties hereby mutually agree to terminate the Original Contract effective as of July 12, 2065. Upon termination, neither Party shall have any further obligations under the Original Contract, except as expressly provided herein.
2. Settlement of Obligations
The Parties agree to release each other from any and all claims, demands, and obligations arising from or relating to the Original Contract. Each Party agrees that it shall not bring any future claims related to the Original Contract against the other Party.
3. Confidentiality
The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be kept confidential by the Parties and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the other Party, except as required by law.
4. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oklahoma.
5. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to such subject matter.
6. Amendments
This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by a written agreement signed by both Parties.
7. Counterparts
This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
