Open windows for ventilation

Dust and wipe down all surfaces (tables, counters, shelves)

Clean and disinfect light switches and door handles

Vacuum and/or mop floors

Check for cobwebs in corners and ceilings.

Empty trash bins and replace liners

Ensure all light bulbs and fixtures are working.

Dust and clean furniture (sofas, chairs, coffee tables)

Vacuum or fluff cushions and rugs

Clean windows, sills, and any window treatments

Check remote controls, books, and magazines for neatness.

Disinfect TV, remotes, and entertainment equipment.

Clear and wipe down countertops and backsplash

Clean sink and faucet

Wash and store dishes, utensils, and cookware.

Clean the interior and exterior of appliances (microwave, fridge, oven)

Empty the fridge of any leftover food

Sweep and mop the kitchen floor.

Check and restock kitchen essentials (soap, paper towels, sponges)

Strip and replace bed linens with fresh sheets

Dust all surfaces, including nightstands and dressers

Vacuum or mop floors (under beds as well)

Check closets and drawers for left-behind items.

Ensure all decorative items and furniture are properly arranged.

Scrub and disinfect sink, countertops, and faucets

Clean and disinfect the toilet

Scrub bathtub/shower and tiles, ensuring no soap scum

Wipe down mirrors and glass shower doors.

Replace towels with fresh ones.

Restock toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper)

Empty trash can and disinfect

Sweep patios, decks, and walkways

Wipe down outdoor furniture

Check and empty outdoor trash bins.

Ensure grills or outdoor cooking areas are clean.

Check for personal items left behind

Adjust the thermostat to the recommended settings.

Replace welcome items (snacks, brochures, welcome notes)

Ensure Wi-Fi information is displayed clearly.

Perform a walk-through to ensure everything is spotless and guest-ready
