Partnership Agreement Between Two Parties

VII. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement, the Parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
VIII. TERMINATION
This Agreement may be terminated by either Party under the following conditions:
By mutual written consent of both Parties.
By providing 90 days written notice to the other Party.
