I. Scope of Services

V. Payment Terms

  2. Late payments will incur a 2% penalty after 10 days of the due date.


VI. Liability and Warranty

  1. The Service Provider warrants that all services will be performed in a professional manner.

  2. The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

    • Issues caused by equipment misuse or neglect by the Client.

    • Unforeseen events such as natural disasters.


VII. Termination

Either party may terminate this Contract by providing written notice of 30 days. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.


VIII. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by the laws of San Francisco, CA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, CA.
