I. Introduction

II. Scope of Services

IV. Payment Terms

Service Provider’s Responsibilities:

VI. Performance and Quality Standards
The Service Provider shall ensure all work is conducted in accordance with industry standards for maintenance practices. All repairs, replacements, and inspections must meet the following quality standards:

Use of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts when applicable.

Completion of work within the agreed-upon timelines.
Failure to meet these standards will result in a review and potential renegotiation of the contract terms.
VII. Termination of Contract
This agreement can be terminated by either party for the following reasons:
