Periodic Maintenance Contract

I. Introduction

III. Scope of Services

• Elevators/ Escalators: Inspection and servicing of elevators and escalators to ensure smooth and safe operation.

• Industrial Equipment: Regular inspections and servicing of industrial machinery and equipment to avoid unexpected breakdowns.

• Plumbing & Electrical Systems: Inspections, cleaning, and repairs of plumbing and electrical installations to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Fire Safety Equipment: Routine checks and maintenance of fire alarms, extinguishers, and sprinkler systems.

IV. Maintenance Schedule

The maintenance will be carried out at the following intervals:

V. Terms of Payment

Payment for the periodic maintenance services will be made according to the following structure:

• Total Contract Amount: $15,000

• Payment Terms:

  • 50% upon signing the contract: $7,500

  • 50% upon completion of the first round of maintenance: $7,500

• Late Payment Penalty: A penalty of 5% of the outstanding balance will be charged for payments made after 30 days from the due date.

VI. Responsibilities of the Service Provider

The Service Provider shall:

• Notify the client in advance of any additional repairs or urgent maintenance required outside the agreed periodic services.

• Ensure that the environment is conducive for the proper maintenance of the systems.

VIII. Termination and Renewal

• Termination: This contract may be terminated by either party with a written notice 30 days in advance. If the contract is terminated early, any pending payments for completed maintenance will be due immediately.

• Renewal: The contract may be renewed upon mutual agreement between both parties for another term of one year, with updated terms and conditions as necessary.
