I. Introduction

This Simple Annual Repair Contract (the "Contract") is entered into between [YOUR COMPANY NAME] (the "Service Provider") and the client (the "Customer"). II. Scope of Services

V. Responsibilities of the Customer

The Customer agrees to:

1. Provide full access to all equipment or facilities that require maintenance and repairs.

2. Ensure that the areas to be serviced are safe and ready for service.

3. Notify the Service Provider promptly if additional repairs are needed outside of the regular scope.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delayed service or cancellation of the contract.

VI. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be held responsible for:

• Damages caused by misuse or neglect by the Customer.

• Malfunctions resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications made by the Customer.

• Incidental or consequential damages arising from the operation or failure of the equipment/facilities.

VII. Termination and Renewal

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice before the end of the contract period. Upon expiration on December 31, 2050, the contract may be renewed upon mutual agreement of both parties.
