I. Introduction

This Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) outlines the terms and conditions for the maintenance and servicing of equipment and systems. V. Fees and Payment Terms

VI. Terms and Conditions

1. The Service Provider is responsible for performing maintenance during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

2. In case of an emergency, the Customer may request off-hours service, subject to additional fees.

3. The Customer must provide access to the equipment to allow the Service Provider to perform maintenance services.
