IV. Responsibilities of the Parties

    • Notify the service provider promptly in case of breakdowns.

    • Settle payments as per the payment terms outlined.

V. Contract Duration and Payment Terms

  • Contract Period: This AMC will be valid from January 1, 2050 to December 31, 2050.

  • Payment Terms: The customer will pay an annual fee of $2,500, payable in two equal installments of $1,250 each, due on January 15, 2050, and July 15, 2050.

VI. Exclusions

The following are not covered under this contract:

  1. Replacement of major components such as compressors, unless covered in a specific plan.

  2. Services required due to misuse or external damage.

  3. Electrical supply-related issues impacting air conditioner functionality.

VII. Termination Clause

Either party may terminate this agreement by providing a written notice of 30 days. Upon termination, all pending services and dues must be settled within the notice period.
