This Internship Contract (the "Contract") is made and entered into on January 15, 2062, by and between:

The parties agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Position and Duties
1.1. The Intern agrees to serve as a Marketing Intern at the Company.
1.2. The Intern will undertake duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company, including but not limited to:

Assisting with the development of digital marketing campaigns.

Managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.

Conducting market research and preparing reports.

1.3. The Intern agrees to adhere to the Company’s policies, standards, and protocols.
2. Duration of Internship
2.1. The internship will commence on February 1, 2062, and conclude on July 31, 2062.
2.2. Either party may terminate this Contract prior to its expiration by providing two weeks’ written notice to the other party.
3. Work Schedule
3.1. The Intern is expected to work 20 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
3.2. Changes to the schedule must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
4. Compensation and Benefits
4.1. The internship is paid.

The Intern will receive a stipend of $1,000 per month, disbursed on the last working day of each month.
4.2. The Intern is not eligible for additional benefits such as health insurance, paid leave, or retirement contributions.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. The Intern agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information received during the internship.
5.2. This obligation remains in effect even after the conclusion of the internship.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Any work product or intellectual property created during the internship shall be the sole property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Evaluation and Feedback
7.1. The Intern agrees to participate in periodic performance reviews.
7.2. The Company will provide the Intern with a final evaluation upon the completion of the internship.
8. Termination
8.1. The internship may be terminated prior to the agreed-upon end date if the Intern:

Violates company policies or codes of conduct.

Fails to fulfill the responsibilities outlined in this Contract.
8.2. Upon termination, the Intern must return all Company property immediately.
9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
9.1. Both parties acknowledge that this Contract constitutes the full agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
10. Governing Law
10.1. This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
