Training Reimbursement Agreement
1. Purpose
This Training Reimbursement Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Whitney Goodwin ("Employee") and [Your Company Name] ("Company") to outline the terms and conditions under which the Employee will reimburse the Company for costs associated with training and development programs. The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure that the Company recovers the expenses incurred in the professional development of the Employee should certain conditions detailed below be met.
2. Terms and Conditions
2.1 Training Program
The Company agrees to cover the costs of the training program entitled Advanced AI Systems Training, which will take place from January 15, 2050 to March 15, 2050. The cost of the program covered by the Company amounts to $10,000.
2.2 Obligations of the Employee
The Employee agrees to complete the training program and apply the skills and knowledge gained for the benefit of the Company. The Employee acknowledges the Company's investment in their professional development and commits to remaining with the Company for a minimum period of 24 months following the completion of the training program.
2.3 Reimbursement Conditions
If the Employee voluntarily leaves the Company or is terminated for cause within 24 months following the completion of the training program, the Employee agrees to reimburse the Company for the full amount of the training costs as outlined in Section 2.1. The repayment amount shall be reduced pro-rata on a monthly basis depending on the number of months the Employee remains employed with the Company post-training, up to the specified timeframe.
2.4 Repayment Procedure
The reimbursement shall be paid in full to the Company within 30 days from the employee's termination date. Payment shall be made by check or any other method specified by the Company. Failure to comply with the repayment schedule will result in further action as deemed necessary by the Company and may include legal proceedings.
3. General Provisions
3.1 Amendments
This Agreement may only be amended in writing and must be signed by both the Employee and the authorized representative of the Company.
3.2 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [State/Country].
3.3 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
