1. Purpose
This Training Cost Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between [Your Company Name], whose principal office is located at [Your Company Address], and v, whose principal office is located at 456 Innovation Road, Suite 800, Silicon Valley, CA 94025. 3. Cost and Payment Terms

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
