Training Bond Agreement
Purpose
This Training Bond Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the Employer and the Employee. The purpose of this Agreement is to formalize the terms and conditions under which the Employer shall provide certain training to the Employee, and the Employee's commitment to render services to the Employer post-training to recapture the costs incurred by the Employer.
Parties

Employee: Alex Quantum, residing at 456 Tomorrow Lane, Future City, FT 2050.
Scope of Training
The Employer agrees to provide the Employee with training in the following areas: Advanced Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Integration. The duration of the training shall be for 6 months, commencing on January 1, 2050, and concluding on June 30, 2050.
Training Costs
The total cost of the training is estimated to be $50,000, which includes:
Tuition and course fees.
Training materials.
Travel and accommodation expenses.
Employee Obligations
The Employee agrees to:
Fully participate and complete the training program.
Utilize course skills and knowledge in their employment.
Maintain employment with the Employer for a minimum period of 2 years following the completion of the training.
Repayment of Training Costs
In the event that the Employee voluntarily terminates their employment with the Employer before the expiration of the Mandatory Service Period, the Employee shall reimburse the Employer for the training costs on a pro-rata basis.
The reimbursement amount shall be calculated as follows:
Repayment Amount = (Total Training Cost / Mandatory Service Period in Months) × Remaining Months of Mandatory Service Period.
Confidentiality
The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or trade secrets learned during the training or in the course of their employment with the Employer. This obligation shall continue beyond the termination of this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Jurisdiction].
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the training and supersedes all prior or concurrent agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
