Horse Training Agreement
This Horse Training Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between Jonatan Farrell, hereinafter referred to as "Owner," and [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as "Trainer."
Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Trainer agrees to provide training services to the Owner’s horse, [Horse's Name], hereinafter referred to as "Horse."
Definitions
Owner
For the purposes of this Agreement, the term "Owner" refers to the individual who owns or is responsible for the horse being trained.
Trainer
For the purposes of this Agreement, the term "Trainer" refers to the individual or entity providing training services.
Horse
The term "Horse" refers to the specific horse identified by the Owner as being the subject of this training Agreement.
Training Services
The Trainer agrees to provide the following training services:
Duration
The training will commence on [Start Date] and continue through [End Date], unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Fees
The Owner agrees to pay the Trainer a fee of [Amount] per [week/month/session], payable in advance by the [due date] of each payment term. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified by the Trainer.
Terms and Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with [number of days] written notice. In the event of a breach of the Agreement by either party, this Agreement may be terminated immediately upon written notice to the other party.
Liability
The Owner agrees to release and hold harmless the Trainer from any and all claims arising from the training of the Horse, except where such claims arise from willful negligence or misconduct by the Trainer.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral.
Amendments
This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed by both the Owner and the Trainer.
