Agreement Terms:

1. Transfer of Ownership: The Owner agrees to transfer full ownership of the vehicle described above to the Buyer upon receipt of full payment.

2. Payment Terms: The Buyer agrees to pay the Owner a total sum of $18,000 for the vehicle. The payment shall be made via wire transfer or certified check.

3. Warranty: The vehicle is sold as-is, and the Owner provides no warranties, either express or implied.

4. Condition of Vehicle: The Buyer acknowledges having inspected the vehicle on May 10, 2056, and accepts it in its current condition.

5. Registration and Title: The Owner agrees to sign over the title of the vehicle to the Buyer upon receipt of full payment. The Buyer is responsible for registering the vehicle with the local DMV.

6. Insurance: The Buyer agrees to maintain insurance coverage on the vehicle from the date of ownership transfer.

7. Liability: The Buyer assumes all responsibility for the vehicle and any liabilities from the date of transfer.
