Agreement Terms:

Transfer of Ownership: The Owner agrees to transfer full ownership of the vehicle described above to the Buyer upon receipt of full payment.

Payment Terms: The Buyer agrees to pay the Owner a total sum of $18,000 for the vehicle. The payment shall be made via wire transfer or certified check.
