II. Purchase Price
The total purchase price for the vehicle is $10,000, which the Buyer agrees to pay to the Seller upon execution of this Agreement.
III. Payment Method
The Buyer will pay the purchase price in full in cash at the time of the transaction.
IV. No Liens
The Seller guarantees that the vehicle is free from all liens, claims, and encumbrances. The vehicle will be transferred to the Buyer with a clear title at the time of sale.
V. Condition of Vehicle

VI. Transfer of Ownership

VIII. Entire Agreement
